Our Coach Pro Pathway is designed to support aspiring coaches as they learn the skills required to deliver high-quality tennis coaching and build a long-term career in the sport.
The pathway provides a clear progression from assisting on court through to becoming a fully qualified professional coach.

Assistant Coach
Many of our coaches begin their journey by assisting in junior group sessions.

Development Coach
As coaches gain experience, they progress to leading smaller group sessions and assisting with more advanced training groups.

Experienced coaches within the program take on greater responsibility for delivering structured sessions and supporting player development.
